Introduction Of Project प्रवीण

"Project प्रवीण" is a comprehensive and dream program of TLF to designed to equip students with the necessary employability skills to succeed in the modern workforce. The project targets high school and college students, providing them with the tools, training, and opportunities to enhance their career readiness.


Why Project प्रवीण - The Issue

India faces a significant challenge with the employability of its graduates. Despite a large number of students graduating each year, many lack the skills required by employers. This gap impacts not only the individuals but also the broader economy and industry.

Employability Rate

According to the India Skills Report 2023, the overall employability among Indian graduates is around 50%, indicating that half of the graduates are not employable in their respective fields

Skill Gaps

A report by Aspiring Minds in 2019 found that 80% of Indian professionals   are unfit for any job in the knowledge economy, highlighting severe skill gaps in technical, cognitive, and linguistic areas

curriculum Outdated

The curriculum is often outdated and does not emphasize practical and hands-on experience

Soft Skills Deficiency

NASSCOM revealed that 90% of Indian graduates lack soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
